Repair work
I undertake various repairs of various stringed instruments, with the main focus on hardangerfiddles. If you have damage to the instrument, or simply want a better sound in the fiddle, just get in touch.
New instruments
If you want a new instrument, you can place an order by email or telephone. Each instrument is unique, with its individual qualities, and I am open to adapting the instrument to your needs. In addition to Harding fiddles, I have also built several Harding violas and Harding cellos, and also build these to order.
Fiddleplaying
I play music for different occasions.
Decor of instruments
I have decorated guitars, bass guitars and drum kits with personalized rose drawings, and I would like to take on decoration assignments for your instrument.

I have been a professional hardangerfiddle-maker since 2008, and have made around 45 hardangerfiddles. In addition, I also explore and build other instruments; such as "hardanger-viola" and "hardanger-cello" (viola and cello with strings and harding fiddle aesthetics). In addition to building new instruments, I also have extensive experience with various repair assignments and set-up of instruments. I also decorate other instruments with hardangerfiddle-decorations, for example drums and guitars. I have won the Fiddle-Exhibition at Landskappleiken 4 times, and been awarded a Gold Medal for one of these instruments.
In addition to making hardangerfiddles, I am also a fiddler. I have had concerts at home and abroad, won the Landskappleik (National cometition) 4 times, and released two solo albums; Ottar Kåsa (Folkelarmprisen / Spelemannsprisen 2012) and Kjoskrullen (Folkelarmprisen 2015).
